How to Request Data Deletion

At Truefind, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account or personal information from our database, follow these steps:

  1. Send an Email

    • Contact us at admin@truefind.com from the email address linked to your Truefind account.

    • Use the subject line: “Request for Data Deletion”.

  2. Include Required Details
    In your email, provide:

    • Your full name (as registered on Truefind).

    • The email address associated with your account.

    • A clear statement requesting deletion of your personal data (e.g., “I request permanent deletion of my personal data from Truefind’s database”).

  3. Verification

    • For security, we may ask you to verify your identity (e.g., order number, registered phone number, or other details).

  4. Processing Time

    • Once verified, we’ll complete your request within 30 days (as per GDPR guidelines).

    • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your data is deleted.

Important Notes

  • What’s Deleted: All personal data (account details, order history, etc.) will be permanently erased.

  • Exceptions: We may retain anonymized transaction records for legal/compliance purposes, but these cannot be linked to you.
