Question What if my item is damaged or faulty?

We’re sorry to hear that! Email returns@truefind.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a free return or replacement. Sale items are also covered if faulty.

Question Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly, but if you act fast, email support@truefind.com with your order number. We’ll try to cancel/modify it before dispatch—no guarantees, but we’ll do our best!
